Eligibility:

1.1 The referral scheme is open to all existing customers of Happy Motor Finance.

1.2 To participate, customers must have an active account with Happy Motor Finance and have completed a motor finance deal with us.

1.3 Customers must refer their friends through their dedicated account manager to qualify for the referral scheme.


Referral Process:

2.1 To refer a friend, customers must provide their friend's contact information, including their full name, email address, and phone number, to their dedicated account manager.

2.2 The referred friend must be a new customer to Happy Motor Finance and not have an existing account or prior application with us.

2.3 The referral must be made prior to the referred friend's initial contact with Happy Motor Finance.


Reward Qualification:

3.1 To qualify for the £150 reward, the referred friend must successfully complete a motor finance deal with Happy Motor Finance.

3.2 The referred friend's motor finance application must be approved, and they must sign the finance agreement within 30 days of their initial contact with Happy Motor Finance.

3.3 The reward will be credited to the referring customer's account within 30 days of the referred friend's finance agreement being finalized.

Reward Disbursement:


4.1 The reward amount for each successful referral is £150 and will be paid via bank transfer.

Program Limitations:

5.1 There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer, but rewards will only be provided for successful referrals meeting the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

5.2 Happy Motor Finance reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.

5.3 In the event of suspected fraud, dishonesty, or abuse of the referral scheme, Happy Motor Finance reserves the right to disqualify the referring customer and revoke any rewards earned.


General:

6.1 The referral scheme is subject to Happy Motor Finance's general terms and conditions, which can be found on our website or provided upon request.

6.2 By participating in the referral scheme, customers agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
